A Caterer that is described as "that wasn't catering food." We grow an unusual amount of ingredients in our converted alley. We want our wines with as much nature as possible, while being elegantly delicious enough to not need food for their enjoyment. We hustle hard. And are relentless for what makes for a truly memorable experience. We take the long road when it means all the difference. This is especially true when developing flavor. Our catering focuses on memorable catering experiences that shatter expectations have of catering food and service. We do weddings, wine portfolio tastings, corporate catering, and private cladestine dinning experiences. Our cocktails are culiarily driven. We make or modify many ingredients in our cocktails and the menus change monthly. Our Midwestern Omakase menu changes every two weeks along with the wines. All for an attainable price point.
